What is the “BUILD” campaign?

Is my campaign commitment above and beyond my regular giving?

What if my income fluctuates? What if I need to cut back on my pledge or should I cut back on my tithe?

I have been trying to increase my giving annually, should I put that increase towards my commitment or continue to increase my giving?

Who is LCEF? Why are we doing the campaign with them?

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is a Recognized Service Organization (RSO) of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. They specialize in assisting churches with projects such as ours. The loan we have is through LCEF. We have had a wonderful relationship with them for many years and therefore we have trust in LCEF. The combination of LCEF’s expertise and trustworthiness make them the best partner for us to consider in a capital campaign and for future funding needs. HTLC received a .0025% reduction in our interest rate when we selected LCEF to facilitate this campaign. One of the requirements of the property loan was to have a capital campaign.
